Hello! I’m Amber Smith, an APCC who believes therapy should feel warm, supportive, and grounded in who you are. I understand that no single therapeutic approach is the right fit for everyone, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities to provide individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs.

 

I have experience working with adolescents, families, and couples, and I specialize in supporting children and teens through creative, developmentally appropriate, and engaging therapeutic interventions that promote healing, resilience, and emotional growth.

 

My approach is rooted in person-centered and narrative therapy, helping clients better understand their experiences, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and culturally humble environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
