Support Groups

Our support groups provide a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. Groups focus on building connection, sharing experiences, gaining encouragement, and learning practical tools for managing life's challenges.

Support groups may include guided discussions, psychoeducation, coping strategies, and opportunities to learn from others in a supportive setting. Topics may include grief, parenting, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and other shared experiences.

Therapeutic & Creative Groups

Our therapeutic groups provide structured opportunities to build emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal skills in a supportive group setting. Depending on the group, sessions may incorporate creative activities, art-based interventions, mindfulness, coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and social-emotional learning.

For children and adolescents, creative activities can provide an engaging way to explore feelings, practice healthy coping strategies, strengthen confidence, and develop positive social skills. Groups are facilitated by mental health professionals and designed around specific therapeutic goals.
