A Bit About Me
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe every person has the ability to grow and heal, and I enjoy walking alongside them as they discover their strengths and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to empower clients with practical tools, encouragement, and compassion so they can overcome challenges, build resilience, and accomplish the goals that matter most to them. Seeing clients gain confidence and create the life they want is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
