A Bit About Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma and build a more meaningful, authentic life. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where my graduate research focused on early maladaptive schemas and the long-term impact of childhood trauma.
Throughout my clinical career, I have worked in a variety of settings across California, including Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Hesperia, providing therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds. My primary focus is working with survivors of trauma, including military veterans, first responders, and individuals who have experienced complex or extensive childhood trauma.
I believe that no two people experience trauma in the same way, which is why I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My work extends beyond symptom reduction, focusing on developing a stronger sense of self, exploring what it means to live a meaningful life, understanding how trauma affects the mind and body, and helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that trauma may have impacted. Together, we work to understand every aspect of what makes you who you are, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and lasting healing.
